Our bodies are not things, they are ongoing stories of emergence.  Movement, feeling, creativity, intelligence are constantly coursing through us.  In this Tuesday evening class, we’ll use conscious dance, Open Floor principals and the wisdom of what emerges from within us to expand our capacities for freedom, engage our individual and collective bodies and explore new territories in the landscape of ourselves.  You’re welcome to attend all the classes, just one, or anything in between.  This is a great class for beginners and for seasoned dancers.
